@hobodave, yeah depending on what you are trying to enforce (how "doable it is) then this is the right way to implement the enforcement. Let users learn to edit questions themselves. only moderate if you find a repeat offender.

@Aaronut, have to agree to disagree with you there mate. Despite what you believe there are alot of chefs who cook based on their culture, their culture is rooted in belief, and those beliefs produce food that is not always "good for you" or rooted in established science. Plenty of examples of the medical community doing an about face on various "diets" and ingredients based on some new theory. I understand the point though that you are making about the recipes themselves being based on techniques and an ordered list of actions.

-1 I disagree fundementally on your assumption that NPOV is the way to go. Cooking is fundementally linked to eating, which in turn is regulated by the belief system of the individual, both eating and your beliefs are cornerstones of the "way you cook". you simply cannot realistically seperate the two.
