I recently asked a question that attracted only a single upvote, and a single answer. Is there something wrong with my question that would help it to gain more attention? I want to ask questions that are both good questions for this site, attract good answers, and help me with my cookings problems.

This is the question: Will my results differ when using a sourdough starter vs poolish for pizza dough? Will my results differ when using a sourdough starter vs poolish for pizza dough?

I'm pretty new to this particular stack exchange site. I recently asked a question that attracted only a single upvote, and a single answer. Is there something wrong with my question that would help it to gain more attention from both perspectives? I want to ask questions that are both good questions for this site, attract good answers, and help me with my cookings problems.

I believe that the only reason I received that single upvote and answer is because that user is an "internet friend" of mine and he maybe felt obligated to help me out? If it weren't for that user, I may be stuck at 0/0 even.

This is the question I am referring to: Will my results differ when using a sourdough starter vs poolish for pizza dough?
